I am a qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I have dedicated my career to helping clients achieve optimal mental well-being and providing a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your challenges, fostering growth and healing.
With an extensive background in exercise physiology and counselling psychotherapy in both clinical and private practice, I understand the broader aspects of health and emotional wellness.
I work in private practice and with the NHS on the PsychoPhysical Health and Wellbeing Services Programme.
I often analyse internal family structure and encourage exploration of past experiences, family dynamics and patterns to understand present ways of being. As an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist, I empower clients by integrating evidence-based principles, including psychodynamic, interpersonal, humanistic and person-centred disciplines and values.
I draw from various methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. I find it useful to collaborate with clients to formulate an approach tailored to their specific needs. Therapeutic techniques are applied depending on individual needs, creating personalised programmes and interventions that address each individual’s unique needs and goals.
My unwavering commitment to my client’s well-being is matched only by my genuine care and compassion. I foster a supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals can freely explore their challenges, develop resilience and unlock their full potential.
I specialise in supporting individuals with emotional challenges such as:
trauma
depression
anxiety
low self-esteem
loneliness
childhood/developmental trauma
life transitions
eating disorders and body image
relationship and attachment issues

Counselling can be short-term or long-term, depending on individual needs.
Appointments consist of 50-minute weekly sessions conducted via a video call platform.
I also provide a limited number of spaces for those on low income or students; please contact me to ask about availability.
I require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how therapy works or to arrange an initial free assessment appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to therapy, whether it could be helpful for you and whether I am the right therapist to help.
All enquiries are usually answered within 24 hours, and all contact is strictly confidential and uses secure phone and email services.
